My name is Petra and I am a horse lover

I own 3 horses and live on 2.5 acres in the wonderful Lockyer Valley of SE Queensland, Australia. Besides being a horse lover I am also a wife, mother. I hold a Diploma of Medical Herbalism and am a Registered Nurse.
I pursue Natural Horsemanship, aim to provide my horses with a habitat that is as close to natural as I can make it, manage their health by feeding as close to natural as I can, and support their health care with herbal remedies.
The aim of my blog is to share my experiences in the fields of Pasture Management, Natural Horsemanship and Horse Keeping. Please remember that what I share are my experiences only as they relate to my property and my horses and should at no time be taken as me telling you how things should be done. I don’t know your situation or your horses so please, please, please seek expert advise and educate yourself. This blog is a guide where you can look to find such information, and as I said, share my experiences.
